About this listen

A 1950s hospital. Temporary amnesia. A naked man running through Central Park yelling something about alien space tentacles. Tinfoil, duct tape, and bananas. These are the ingredients for a spectacular romp through a world you never thought possible as aliens reach out and make contact with Earth.

The book start was really promising, making the readers think it would have been a story mixing sci-fi with bizarro fiction.
Instead, halfway trought it devolves into a preachy tirade about humanity and how "we should do better".
Also, the ending with Neil Degrasse-Tyson is really cringe.
On a positive note, the narrator is really good.
Pity he's wasted on a story like this.

Good start, but cringe ending
