About this listen
Finding the perfect daddy was easy with The App, but would Scott be able to keep him?
Scott Rainsford had been shocked to find that his blind date was someone who he not only knew, but wasn’t enamored with. Now he must decide if one hot encounter can change his opinion of a man he can’t stop thinking about.
That is until DaddyL shows what he really wants: Scott.
But nothing is simple. A first time daddy, interfering friends, and past mistakes create more bumps in the road. Can two men who seem worlds apart, go from enemies to lovers, to more, and find their happiness together?
This is a HEA, MM gay romance with daddy kink, spanking, lace and silk, and a very naughty boy who loves nothing better than teasing his daddy.
Warning: This is the follow on from The App: Daddy Kink and the author would recommend listening to that book first because these two men were just too complicated for one book.

Brilliant
After The App this is Luke and Scott's story . Luke is the perfect Daddy for Scott as he accepts all his kinks and love of lace . And while Scott has had a Daddy before Luke has kept that part of him hidden, so Scott is his first boy .Matt Haynes reads Luke's character so well giving him such a dominant voice .
Loved reading this story , but listening to the audio brings the characters to life

A wonderful HEA following on from The App
The Flamingo Bar is a new series but it follows on from The App: Daddy Kink so I highly recommend reading that first. Scott and Luke are working there way through a new relationship whilst encountering a few stumbling blocks along the way.
Scott is very quick to jump to conclusions regarding what Luke is thinking but Luke is growing very well into his Daddy role. You can feel how much they care about each other through the joy and also the hurt that they experience together. They have some hot scenes together but you can also sense the connection and emotions that is building, I love how they are learning each other but also the daddy/boy aspect of the relationship.
The Flamingo bar isn't really a feature of the story, just with a scene towards the end. It sounds like it's going to be a great place for more stories to start but maybe have a little bit more of the title of the series involved in the story.....?
Friends and family come into the story well but not always in the best way. Adam, Scott's best friend, is definitely not a fan of Luke's due to past behaviour and Luke really has to prove himself to the man going forward. However Brett, Luke's best friend, and Scott's family are warm and welcoming, easing the way for the two to feel comfortable together around others with them both having a lack of relationship experience.
It's enjoyable overall with a good connection and level of trust between the MC's. The overall cast of characters are entertaining and heartwarming with the bonds of friendships.
Matt's narration is good but, as with The App, it didn't really hold my attention and there were moments when the accents/voices seemed to slip a little though I am definitely behind Brett's Irish lilt.

Scott finds his Daddy
Okay, so I went straight from The App into this book and I’m glad I did. The App left off with a Happy For Now, but clearly Scott and Luke had a long way to go before actually finding a Happily Ever After. This book picks up just after the men are freed from the elevator they’ve been stuck in. There were definitely sexy times as Luke kept Scott from focusing on his panic. But when Scott emerges from the bathroom, Luke is nowhere to be seen. Believing he’s being given the brush off, Scott leaves.
Luke is livid and concerned when he discovers Scott has up and disappeared. He activates the App and the men reconnect. So good, right? Except things don’t always go smoothly. Both men are jealous when they find the other socializing with other men. That bothers me because instead of talking it out, they often make assumptions. Uh, have a good conversation guys!
This book had plenty of great elements like the deepening relationship between the men, and the fun they have in the bedroom. Spanking and panties galore. I’m definitely glad I picked up the book. And finally I’ll mention Matt Haynes. He does a good job with the British accent, and I like that he’s doing all of Ms. Sayle’s books in the Playroom series. I have several more to listen to and I can’t wait.

Enjoyable listen
After listening to The App, it was great to hear Scott and Luke finally get their HEA. It wasn't easy though, as they needed to learn to communicate. When they did, they were hot as hell together!
The side characters were great too, and I want Scott's mum in my life. 😂

Great listen
Always More is the first book in the Flamingo Bar series by JP Sayle and this book is the continuation of Scott and DaddyL, a.k.a. Luke's story. I loved that their story continued and wasn't dissapointed because I loved it.
The narrator did a good job and made it an enjoyable listen.
