Gray
I loved the dual narration of Christopher Anthony and Isabelle Turner. Perfect This book has many twist and turns . Dark a rollercoaster, Livia has endured much, and deserves the fairy tale ending. Gray is demanding, controlling, determined ,and sex appeal

Oh my, what a story this was, so many twists and turns I was enthralled from the very beginning. Through their portrayal of Gray and Livia narrators, Christopher Anthony and Isabelle Turner, brought this story to life. You really got a feel of what the characters were going through.
When Livia disappears without a word the day after agreeing to marry Gray, his world is turned upside down. Now, a few years later and Livia is back in his life, but will she open up and tell him everything she's been through. Will they be able to put everything behind them and start a fresh or is there just too much against them.

Enjoyable
Slow to start, much tooing and froing with neither MC fronting up and bearing the truth. Both keeping secrets that could have been disclosed early on, so this felt a bit drawn out and predictable, though overall it was enjoyable. Now, if you like emotionally turbulent stories then you'll love this. There's plenty of angst and teary eyed moments and both voice actors played their parts well.

This book is amazing. I love these characters and their emotional story. I can’t tell you how much I enjoyed them. I’m hoping the brothers each get a book. A brilliant performance.

Excellent Story & Narration🎧Riveting & Heartfelt!
I enjoyed this book immensely, the story drew me in right from the start, grabbing my attention and captivating it the entire time. It is my first book written by K.L Kreig and certainly not my last, she is a gifted author with a wonderful writing style, her storylines are original and interesting and her characters are realistic, easy to relate to and connect with, they are easy to care about too. Gray Calloway wanted Livia Kingsley the moment he laid eyes on her and when she said yes to her proposal, he was the happiest man. But that happiness did not last because that was the last he saw of her, she disappeared without a trace or a goodbye. She left him heartbroken and angry, then five years later he sees her again, but when she sees him she tries to run. Livia thought she was going to have everything, a life with happiness with the man she loved, but that is not what happens. Her loser of a father got himself in deep with his gambling habits and he was to pay his debt with his youngest daughter, but Livia could not let that happen to her younger sister so she stepped in for her and she had to leave that night and marry Peter Wilder, an older man, a made man, a a very cruel man. She lived a miserable life in a marriage lasted five years, only freed after his death, and it was one of his men, Grant, who helped her start over again. She attended an event with her roommate, Kamryn and that is where she saw him, the love of her life, but she could not face him, for what she had done to him and for the marriage she wound up in, once he found out he would not want her, anyway. Gray was determined to get her again, no one came close to her in the years she was gone. But can he handle the truth, all that she endured and what they did to her, and will he look at her differently? He did not have to look very far to find her and as much as she wanted to keep her distance, she couldn’t. I loved watching these two get to know each other again, but they both have secrets, secrets that can ruin everything they are trying to have, everything they want to have. There is never a dull moment in this cleverly plotted story, it has the perfect balance of drama, angst, twists and turns, thrilling and suspenseful moments, heartfelt emotions, and some steamy romance. K.L. Kreig, thank you for this amazing story and emotional rollercoaster ride.
🎧📚🎧 And for wonderful narration, Christopher Anthony and Isabelle Turner did an amazing job bringing these characters and their story to life. They had a complete understanding of the characters they portrayed, gave each a voice that suited their character’s persona and was believable in every role they played. You could hear how much heart they put into their performance as they capture all the character’s emotions and project them into their performance. These versatile voice artists are entertaining storytellers and a pleasure to listen to. Thank you for this great listen.

Engaging and Great Listen
Forsaking Gray was engaging from beginning to end. With a dark and twisted story line at times, mixed with some mystery and intrigue and some great characters and some definite spice, this book has a bit of everything.
Livia and Gray were engaged before Livia's world was upended and never the same again. She disappears and Gray has no idea what happened to her and is barely able to function. Many years later he has finally put himself back together and is running a company with his brothers and things are going well, until Livia enters his world again.
Livia and Gray have so much love for each other and their chemistry is undeniable. I enjoyed listening to them find their way back to each other, though I did struggle at times with feeling like I wished they communicated a little better with each other. This was my first book by this author and I did enjoy it. The audiobook was well done and I found the narrators to be pleasant to listen to. I look forward to reading the other books in the series. I think initially the flow of the story felt weird to me and also felt the length of the story. I wanted some more plot movement. Livia's background was unexpected as I didn't expect this to fall somewhat into the mafia genre. Gray was a bit interesting too. Somethings I really didn't see coming. The ending was good. Overall I liked the audiobook and would continue the series for the brothers.
Narrators Christopher Anthony, Isabelle Turner did a great job and I believe my first listen by them.
