Culture is the #1 determinant of team and organization success and yet many senior leaders still profess that it's hard to change. This prevents them from building values-based, high performance workplaces that achieve the results that they crave. Yet, with the right interventions, culture change needn't be hard at all. In my books I offer research, case studies and practical actions that any business can take to change the way it works. With 30 years business experience, I rose through the ranks from picking and packing boxes, to senior executive roles in large corporates and government departments in the UK, NZ and Australia. The relationships and cultures I've built are testament to the learning, listening and improving I've done throughout my career to achieve outstanding results. I deliver speeches and culture programs that live long in the memory. I work globally as a consultant with corporates of all sizes, agencies, to provide them with the information they need to create cultures of distinction that know how to get the job done. My books are the culmination of my experiences, research and real life examples of organizations that I've worked with. They are written in a way that makes them accessible and actionable and because I believe that we take life too seriously sometimes, there's plenty of humour in there too. To date I've written four best-selling books. The Project Book was named as Best General Business Book 2020 in the Australian Business Book Awards and was a finalist in the best Management And HR book. Culture Fix was also a finalist in the Book of the Year 2020.
