Co-Founder of Bantam Bagels, Elyse Oleksak lives outside of New York City with her three children, and her husband, Nick. Elyse met her husband while attending Columbia University as a four-year starter on Columbia’s Division 1 Varsity Lacrosse Team. Elyse is also a Life and Career Coach, certified by New York University. Elyse and her business has been featured across a myriad of media, including ABC’s Shark Tank, The Today Show, New York Post, Oprah Magazine, The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, USA Today, among many others. Elyse is passionate about helping entrepreneurs achieve their dreams and is currently working on several consulting projects with passionate small business owners.
