And after being in the Real Estate business for over 20 years, he feels obligated to share his knowledge and expertise with more people in the U.S. and worldwide. "There is plenty of room at the top for people willing to put in the work," says Jay. Jay is a member of an exclusive "Billion Dollar Club" in Real Estate. He was in the nation's top 100 during his first year in residential sales and is in the Real Estate Hall of Fame for Prudential/Berkshire Hathaway. He is also ABC4's Real Estate Specialist and is followed each Sunday afternoon in the 8th Season of, Real Estate Essentials with Jay Deher. Jay strongly believes in the power of mentorship and dedicates a lot of his time and resources to help others reach the level of success he has achieved and beyond. He is the President of the Utah Association of Homes and Services and the Founder and CEO of Top Equity Realty. In 2019, Jay started Top Equity Realty, which is currently in the top 1% of the fastest-growing brokerages in the state of Utah. When not working to help others achieve their dreams, Jay loves spending time with his family and friends or traveling with his fiancé on various adventures. Just recently, Jay decided to publish his first book – an opportunity to share his knowledge, ideas, and expertise with even more people from around the world.
