Jessica Pelle is a visually impaired author, Multiple Sclerosis warrior, and recovering perfectionist who turned life’s plot twists into a personal mission: helping others silence their inner critic and embrace self-love—sass and all. Diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis at 25 and legally blind, Jessica spent over 20 years as a vocal coach helping others find their voice. But it wasn’t until a cross-country move shook up her world that she truly found her own. Along the way, she tamed her inner critic (nicknamed Stressica), ditched the pressure to be perfect, and started writing books that feel like pep talks with your loudest, most loyal best friend. She now writes with heart, humor, and high-tops—sharing practical tools, personal stories, and plenty of laugh-out-loud truth bombs. When she’s not writing, Jessica lives life to the fullest with her incredibly supportive husband, her three dogs (Rue’s the favorite—shhh), and her faraway family and beautiful stepdaughter. She’s also a fan of fine wine, sweaty workouts, deep friendships, and spontaneous laughter over ridiculous moments!
