Jonathan Stone has published ten novels, including Moving Day, a Kindle First selection (2014), The Teller (2015), Two for the Show (2016), Days of Night (2017), Die Next (2020), and The Prison Minyan (2021). Several of his novels have been optioned to Hollywood. His short story "Mailman" was selected for Best American Mystery Stories 2016, edited by Elizabeth George, and his story "The Gauntlet," is in New Haven Noir (2017), edited by Amy Bloom. He also has several short stories in recent Mystery Writers of America anthologies: "East Meets West" appears in the collection "Ice Cold - Tales of Intrigue from the Cold War", edited by Jeffery Deaver (2014), "Hedge" appears in "The Mystery Box", edited by Brad Meltzer (2013), "Russkies" is in the collection, "When A Stranger Comes to Town," edited by Michael Koryta (2021), and his story "The Relentless Flow of the Amazon," appears in the collection, "Crime Hits Home", (2022) edited by SJ Rozan. A graduate of Yale, Jon is married, with a son and daughter.
