Kyle Coare is a poet and author from Leicester, England. His work tackles themes such as mental health and addiction, told through a storyteller's eye. Kyle's work often has a macabre sting to its tail, enjoying playing with horror and glimpses into the darkness, there may be scares, but be not afraid, his lightness of touch and hints of humour will shine a torch in any demons lair and quite often for each horror based poem, there is a poem full of love, hope and colour, or a journey into the dream world where imagination can really blossom, filling the area with a sea of flowers, waves as the gentle breeeze makes them sway and dance. His work has been performed live countless times, winning numerous slams and has been featured on the BBC radio multiple times, and also co-hosts a local poetry night, trying to inspire more people to pick up a pen and/or a mic to share their stories with the world.. In the tangled forest of the mind, branches stretch and grasp, trying to entwine, keep on walking.. the pathway may at times feel grim, the chance of a positive oulook are appearing slim, but look to the moon, let her light within to guide through the brambles that ar slowly shrinking, sinking away from your skin you WILL make it safely to morning, the songbirds will sing..
