MariaTeresa Kline has spent most of her life immersed in cultures around the world. Born in Africa to an American diplomat, Maria has lived in many countries. Maria graduated with a degree in political science, a minor in both philosophy and psychology. A natural teacher, Maria taught English in several countries, including South Korea and Costa Rica, but decided to pursue a different avenue of teaching when she settled in Florida to raise her two beautiful daughters. She trained in the martial arts and became a karate instructor. It was during this time that Maria’s father was diagnosed with a rare degenerative brain disease, and her mother with breast cancer shortly thereafter. In light of this, Maria dedicated herself to learning and later teaching others about health. She became a certified health educator from Hippocrates Health Institute, a certified raw vegan chef, and a certified life coach. She has since spent her life devoted to helping others master health and better themselves physically, spiritually, and emotionally. Be the CEO of Your Own Health is her first book.
