Also co-founded Villa Tracker, a platform for luxury concierges. In 2022, Moriya launched her new venture, Triangle.Luxury, an online platform allowing investors and family offices to browse through worldwide, off-market, luxury vacation rentals for sale. Investors can already browse through $900M worth of property investment which include yield history, photos, floor plans and access to local knowledge and services. These luxury properties are uploaded and managed by professional short-term rental property managers who are ready to continue providing the yield for the new owners. Moriya won the 2020 SHORTYZ Pioneer Award, in honor of her exemplary work in the vacation rental industry and the hospitality landscape at large.
