Tiffany Gaskell is an international authority on leadership development, performance coaching and culture transformation. A recognised strategic thinker and author on the topics of high-performance company culture, she has spent 20 years working with the C-suite at Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 business on corporate culture evolution and change management, culminating on her pioneering approach of "Transformational Leader" development. She is the co-CEO of Performance Consultants International, the company she founded with Sir John Whitmore and David Brown. Performance Consultants partners with multinational businesses to accelerate culture transformation by unlocking individual potential, resulting in a positive impact on performance, people, and the planet. Tiffany began her career in the 1990s with Credit Suisse as one of the few women on the trading room floor. Her experience in banking, subsequent MBA from Bocconi School of Management in Milan, and certification as a professional coach shaped her conviction that coaching is the keystone to unlocking high-performance cultures. She is an innovator and advocate of ways to measure the benefits of coaching and the impact of leaders on culture, performance, and the bottom line.
