Described the relaxation techniques.

Even though this audiobook is extra big, it concisely describes the techniques. I would prescribe this audiobook to anybody who wants to begin meditating.

Techniques to relax

This is great. I have several in the series and they all work for me. If you like self hypnosis to help you lead a healthy life, these are worth it. Very relaxing and helps your mind to be at ease.

Mind relaxing and better life

Is there a 6th star possible?! If so, I would give it that. Brilliant. Simple yet extremely relaxing and guide us to have a wonderful life with Happiness and without any kind of Anxiety.

The Best Sleep Aid I Have Found!

I have so much trouble falling asleep. I've listened to all kinds of guided meditation and soothing sounds. This puts me out faster and better than anything else I have tried. I can't believe how well it works!

Relaxation and sleep meditation.

I love this, although the meditation, in the beginning, isn’t necessarily my thing I sleep so well with this. I feel so rested and fabulous in the morning. LOVE these!! Super quick and simple ways to combat anxiety and stress release.

Outstanding

If you are anxious and has difficulties to sleep it helps. One thing I know for sure, is that I start anxious, and re-emerge calm after I am done with this. That is the best outcome I could ask for. Try it, you have very little to lose, and much to gain.

Soothing and Relaxing.

When I am tired is very easy for me to fall asleep again. This meditation has been probably the only one from many I have tried that has helped me to fall back to sleep and waking up feeling rested. I highly recommend it!
