Useful visualization exercises
This audiobook contains visualization meditations that are useful to make a person grounded and regain a sense of self. I would consider them useful for anyone who has to adapt to physical changes without feeling distressed or in pain. I loved the compassionate narration that facilitates a calm and steady process. Highly recommended for anyone who needs to let go of stress and dislikes and is looking to get back into the zone, and certainly for menopause.

Menopause Self Help!
This audiobook is amazing; It provides a relaxing feel of relaxation for women that are experiencing symptoms of menopause or presently going through menopause. This was gifted to my Mom, and she thoroughly enjoyed it; she mentioned it helped her through some tough times.

Relaxing meditations to soothe the soul
I really enjoyed this calm and gentle selection of meditations. It was nice to take time out of a busy day to focus solely on meditation and relaxation. The self-love meditation particularly resonated with me, as it focused on building self-worth. The mixture of narration and background music worked well.

The change - there's more to it!
This audiobook is such a breath of fresh air. The subject of the menopause is such a taboo subject and many of us do not feel it appropriate to discuss our feelings in this regard. I feel that this book, with its perfectly toned and paced narration, liberates women and gives us the freedom to focus on self-care for a change.
The wellbeing focused meditation is a welcome bonus that relieves stress and alleviates the symptoms of menopause and perimenopause. I particularly enjoyed the chapter on Self Love. I feel comforted, loved and empowered as I gather my jasmine, lavender and sandalwood essences and prepare to let go...

"Refreshing. Rejunivating."
My aunt loved it!
The background music was so relaxing and dreamy as well, it reminded us (as I was listening too). There is no better way to relax than listening to this book narrated in such a soothing voice.
My lovely irritable aunt felt totally refreshed and rejuvenated after listening to this audiobook. She enjoyed the meditation. I myself love the imagery! The affirmation was very encouraging she said she's gonna make this a routine from on!.

Soothing Meditation
Narrated in a soothing manner and well thought out and written with great care and detail. The menopause meditations allowed me the time to reflect on changes in my own life. Each chapter was so helpful in providing a list of items to have on hand to make the meditation successful. I listened to the author's suggestions and made sure to try the mediation by creating a space and adjusting the light to my liking and lit a lavender calendar.
The narrator was very soothing and effective as she guided the meditation time. It was refreshing to listen to the cooling meditation chapter. The author wrote in incredibly vivid language that transported me to a gurgling stream with fresh, cool water. I felt like I was there, the words combined with the narration brought the meditation to life for me.

Menopause is not a four letter word…
Menopause is a natural change in life but for too long, the concept has simply been the butt of jokes and a rather taboo subject. This wonderful audiobook changes all of that. It presents information by de-stigmatizing menopause and giving women an incredible resource to understand and deal using incredible self-care techniques. The narration is spot on and the music is fantastic as well. Highly recommended
