This really helped me fall asleep faster

For practically my entire life, I have struggled to still my mind, stop ruminating, and fall asleep more quickly. Listening to these calming guided meditations has made a positive difference over the last few nights and I intend to keep listening to them. I can say I have been pleased with falling asleep while listening. At first, the background music was a little distracting to me, but I learned to shut that out and just focus on listening to the words and calm tone of voice.

Amazing resource for anyone struggling to sleep!

I almost cant wait to go to bed tonight. I can't wait to try some of these out one at a time. As I listened through this book, it was so relaxing! It really helps you settle down into relaxation. I love the guided breathing. We all don't deep breathe enough. The different scenarios they walk you through are so dreamy-a cottage, picnic, etc. It's like a free vacation for your mind.

Each of the countdowns I can feel my shoulders, neck, and whole body relax.

A truly helpful sleeping guide!

Like so many of us, I have had many issues with my sleep and deep sleep in particular. I normally put on a podcast and take a couple of paracetamol if I am tossing and turning into the night which does help but it's not something that is sustainable. I gave this audiobook a try and it's been such a huge game changer for me.

The stories and guides are really relaxing and put me into a different mind frame that completely takes me away from my everyday stresses. I followed the guidelines and made sure I did things in the correct order and it has works amazingly so far. I particularly love the chapters on 'Releasing Stress', 'Ride into relaxation', and 'Powerful Affirmations for a Good Night's Sleep'.

Really well narrated and written. Hopefully more people will find this as helpful as me.

The self-hypnosis is soothing, and the sleep meditations are relaxing. I especially appreciate the lack of jarring interruptions, which often bugged me in other sleep-focused audios. It's like the creator truly understood the essence of a peaceful transition into sleep. This has undoubtedly become a valuable tool in my nighttime routine. I use it with the audible sleep function (turns off after set amount of time). For anyone struggling with sleep, consider giving this a listen—you won’t regret it!
