How to reframe your thoughts

This was a fascinating audiobook. It is so true that many people worry about the future or crave the past. What resonated with me was how you can view a situation and reframe your thoughts to push through a difficult time and come out stronger. It is so easy to focus on the negative instead of looking at the positive. I would recommend this audiobook to anybody that wants to develop a healthier mindset.

I wished I knew all this 10 years ago!

I have not been in a good place lately but luckily I found this audiobook.It´s full of great advice and I can already feel how things are shifting in a more positive direction. I feel more empowered than ever. A big thank you to the author for this great book.

Informative and Pracical!

The book is informative and provides practical and doable methods for a changed mindset. It is clear and easy to folow. Thinking about wanting to do things is what happens to all but changing the thought process of doing it is another thing. It provides helpful methods to make changes. Listening to the audiobook is helps focus on task and appreciate what I have.
The roadmap is not easy but it is doable.

Already feeling happier in myself!

Wow, what can I say about this book. It is really life changing the 6 practical steps help you really compile your inner thoughts and has helped me make real change in my life. I feel a lot happier already and I only listened to it last week. I always self sabotages whether it was at work or with my friends or my boyfriend however, now I try to stop and think about the situation more closely. I recommend this audiobook to anyone who may be struggling!

A masterclass!

I was astounded by the range of information contained in this audiobook. I feel I have completed a mastermind in psychology, food and fitness, self-help, interpersonal skills, and executive functioning. I have started to focus on my thoughts and I am working on my affirmations. I feel that I now have a strategy to break out of the rut and in the process improve my health and well-being.

I particularly love the information contained in Chapter 4 – Foods and Fitness for Positive Thinking. Who would have thought that diet has such a big part in becoming unstuck? This book is a class act.

Uplifting!

This is the perfect book if you want to change your negative mindset and start thinking positively.
What I love the most about this book is that it goes into detail on the positive impact of food and how proper nutrients improve your mental health.
Since listening to this book I have implemented the guidance and methods the author has taught me to build better habits and turn my negative thoughts into positive thoughts.
I highly recommend this book to anyone who is looking to improve the quality of their life both mentally and physically.

A positive force to change your life!

Break the ceiling

Time and time again whether in the corporate or social environment we tend to find our comfort zones
and remain there or in some cases we prefer not to challenge the status quo and remain stuck in a way
of thinking.

The best part of it is that the first part to make a difference starts with ourselves and changing our
mindset. To be able to thrive and achieve our best and self-improvement.

This book shines a touch on this area and provides us with proven ways to help overcome that mindset
challenge., Change may be tough and difficult but it all starts with us to turn overcome our invisible

Doing It To Yourself

Far too often we don't realize we are our own biggest critics, but it usually stems from a point of simply wanting or expecting better of ourselves. This book helped me put in perspective that there are techniques and systems we can implement to help us stop putting unwarranted pressure on ourselves simply because we belief it is what someone else expects of us! Truly hats off to this author and this book, well done!
