Hypnotic

I listened to this whilst awake on first play and then during sleep. Crammed with positive affirmations. I look forward to reaping the benefits of changing my mindset

Can make a huge difference

We tend to live our everyday lives and go to sleep and may never think about our internal systems and roles they play in our lives. This audiobook does a great job to spell the role of our subconscious and what role we can have to control it to live happier lives.

You may never notice it exists let alone know how to control it. The opportunity to be able to shape and control it to make a difference is just so powerful.

The affirmations are so positive and create a platform of belief, can-do and ownership to tap into your subconscious, reprogram it and make a difference. Learnt lots of new stuff which I would be applying to make a difference in my own life to achieve enhanced happiness & success. Very recommended. Thank you

It plays very important role in our life which you will get clear after reading this book. Love love love! I feel awesome!

There are times when we really try to calm our minds and it doesn't work. At those times I try to put in a positive word for myself, but I've found a better way.
I liked this author's audiobook of 783 Positive Affirmations, but I also like this book. Maybe it's because the narrator's voice encourages me instead of the words in my mind, but it's very relaxing and blows my worries out of the water.

It is greatly-written

By constantly giving yourself positive mental cues and encouragement and applying your subconscious mind to your studies, you will achieve unexpectedly good results. This is the experience I gained when I was in university. Now I am working in a really challenging company and I realize that using subconsciousness correctly will bring me a lot of good influence and progress in my work. This book will show you and teach you how to reprogram your ability, prosperity, self-esteem and abundance. With some training, you will unlock your hidden potential and make progress in your learning and working. I highly recommend this book.

Positive thoughts during sleep

Recently, I have started to really enjoy using affirmations during the day. I was interested to try listening to an affirmations audiobook while I slept. For the last few days, I have drifted off to sleep using this audiobook. The background music was relaxing and the calming voice of the narrator worked well.

Excellent Audiobook

This is a fantastic audiobook which contains powerful and peaceful affirmations which helped me relax tremendously. The narration and background music is great too. As a stroke survivor I'm often looking for ways to cope with anxiety and to de-stress and this book was a great help!

Huge task of reprogramming the subconscious

Reprogramming the subconscious mind is a tremendous undertaking because we have to remove the existing programming that has been put there usually unawares to us. The best time to do this is during the theta state, which consists in the few seconds immediately before awakening and before going to sleep, That is what this audiobook means by "with Hypnosis & Subliminal affirmations" "while sleeping." Since one cannot be hypnotized by the means of saying affirmations to oneself while asleep, the closest translation of that is during the theta state.

As someone who has studied the reprogramming of the subconscious mind in the theta state (while I don't claim to be an expert), I can say that these affirmation are well selected and presented to accomplish the task of removing various highly negative impediments to personal growth. Because of the depth and intricate nature of the problem, affirmations have to be said each and every day. The affirmations in this audiobook are appropriate to that, as they fit the various needs of reprogramming as far as I am concerned. I would only like to add that one should practice these such that one can say them in the theta state.

Play it while sleeping!

I thoroughly enjoyed this book - I let it play while I was sleeping on a low volume and woke up on the right side of the bed! The great thing is that it's meant to be repeated so it has great replay value. I'm a big believer in the power of the subconscious mind so I'm really hoping it gives me the results I'm looking for!

Very well done, extremely uplifting

I enjoyed listening to this book, even during the day, when relaxing. It is easy to listen to, the affirmations are clear and resonate well, the background music is not overpowering it's just right. the book is great to set up playing in the background and having it remind me of all the stuff i'm doing and am grateful for. I'll be using this book over and over again.
