Well done
In a culture where alcohol is very well-marketed, it has become quite normal to assume that consuming this poison will make you look cool or fit in. The book challenges dysfunctional thought patterns about your reasons for drinking and changes your perspective from knowing and recognizing the loop you were creating to breaking free from addiction. A well needed book in a drunken society.

Wonderful series
This is a lovely 3 book series, a great resource that helps support one in their journey towards sobriety. The author does a great job in taking the reader through his own experiences, providing actionable steps and excellent advice without being preachy, but rather making one feel like they have a friend alongside them ready to help out when needed. Recommend!

Amazing Books!!
This author is a genius and his books are a reflection of it. I do not drink alcohol but I have others close to me that are addicted to its substance. These books not only help you understand the dangers that come from drinking but also how not drinking can lead you to a life you never dreamed of. If you have a problem with alcohol or even if you have an addiction you are trying to break, this is a must-read and could be a life-changing experience for you.

Inspiring and motivational
Having just given up alcohol for the second time in under a year, this book came at precisely the right moment. It is very accessible and the agreement for going sober is very clearly but passionately articulated. Right from the off, it’ll make you think “sobriety sounds awesome, what’s taken me so long?!” If you are questioning your relationship with alcohol in any way, this is the book for you.

Informative!
This bundle is jam packed with information on the damaging effect of alcohol on your health in the long term.
Great strategies are provided on living a life without alcohol such as exercise and nutrition. The chapter on body transformation was powerful!
The attached PDF was so useful to follow along, and the narration was fantastic. Definitely recommend’

Very real and to the point
These books get down to what it will really take to change your life from living the partying life to cleaning it up being sober. What is interesting is it really goes through the reasons why you should be sober. Showing facts and figures of how much you are wasting in your life because of using drugs or alcohol. This author does a great job of laying out the facts and showing you for each thing you think you would miss, here are reasons why you shouldn't miss it if you were to give up that kind of lifestyle. I think these books are a much different approach to addiction than other books that focus on specifically what it does to your health. In the 2nd book, the author takes the time to help you write out your SMART goals. SMART goals are something that can be measured and attainable. I think that is really important when setting any goal so you have something to hold yourself accountable to. Highly recommend this book to anyone struggling with addiction or for a gift of someone who may be struggling.

24 hours at a time!
It made sense to me that staying sober is harder than quitting drinking. I was curious to jump to the chapter called ‘Alcohol-Free Farts’. It turned out to be so informative. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this book as it not only covers how alcohol affects your body but so many areas of your life. It is well-written and well-narrated. I love the expression ‘24 hours at a time!’
