I think this will be really useful
I have just bought the book and skipped through it to get a flavour of the various routines. It's just what I am looking for, various routines with a different emphasis for each, well narrated and paced. It will be an invaluable aid at home, just put in the wireless headphones and off I go.
I am new to yoga and whilst recognising some of the poses from their description it would be great to have accompanying videos showing the routines so you can see the instructions. Once you know what is being described you can then just follow the audio.

perfect morning flow
just getting back into yoga after a long absence. This flow was just what I needed for the morning. Good pace, good descriptions, I felt like I was in her class.

A definite must buy for anyone who does or who is interested in practicing yoga. Yoga is more than just a daily exercise, it's a practicing lifestyle that can change your outlook on life for the better. Everything that Rayna Zara has to offer in this book is beneficial in every sense of the word and has changed my outlook on things even as a experienced yoga enthusiast. 5 Stars!

Good idea
I love the narrator's casual soothing style. These are so great for squeezing in some centering movement without having to set up a video. A basic knowledge of yoga is probably a good idea.
