Thorough and wholesome!
Going into this I was unsure because I thought "it is an audiobook? How can an exercise book be an audiobook?" but then I thought that going to a Yoga class you have an instructor showing and telling you the steps for the poses.
Well, this is just this book and it worked out.
This book is thorough and I appreciated a lot the added PDF to get the visual element to the steps being narrated. Speaking of narration. It is great! It is both calming and encouraging, while not being boring.
The stretches, or yoga poses, were all categorized into three categories of "beginner", "intermediate", and "advanced". And I must say that most of the poses in advance will challenge you, so push yourself!
One thing is for certain, I will keep listening to this as I begin to develop my own daily program and routine, and you also get free illustrations of the poses which is cool; you just have to write the author an email.
All in all, 5/5 because it is both wholesome and thorough!

Good no-gym guide
I enjoyed listening to this book and calm voice of narrator. First, I was skeptical how I will do exercises without pictures but author attached a PDF document to the audiobook and solved that issue. I like to do exercises from this book on the days when I can not go to the gym or want to move my body a bit after long hours sitting at work.

Absolutely fantastic listen
Just the audiobook I was waiting for!! Easy to follow instructions with lots of encouragement and guidance. I know for sure I will keep listening to this over and over as I begin to develop my own program and routine, and you also get free illustrations of the poses you just have email the author which is a nice touch. Would definitely recommend.

Informative
I've always been a big fan of stretching and it's lovely to listen to a book that demonstrates its importance. I love the touch that you can contact the author for pictures of the poses and the book has given me more ideas for different ways to stretch.
Would definitely recommend for a beginner who could do with knowing the benefits of stretching, but also to someone already active looking for new ideas of how to be more flexible.

Stretching Exercises: The No-Gym Guide
This book is well put together and you can see the care and knowledge that has been put into it through not only the audio book but the PDF attachment as well. I would definitely recommend for any one that would like to go into yoga and stretching exercises. That dose not what stress of going into the gym or joining a group. This book is a must to go back to and one that I will use time and time again.

I needed this so bad!
I have been been working out at home for a while now, and the one thing I miss the most is having trainers help me stretch - or at least suggest stretches. So, this audiobook was exactly what I needed. Great descriptions to make all of the stretches easy to visualize. And a ton of variety. I'll be listening to this often. Recommend!!

Surprised!
I was skeptical at first about how stretching exercises on an audiobook would translate into actually being to perform them. The narrator had a very meditative voice and the poses were described clearly so I found that it worked pretty well!
I think it’s awesome that the author offers you the option to contact them.
Overall I found this a great asset and will work it into my routine.

Helpful and easy to follow guide
A useful introduction to yoga, with information about anatomy, how muscles work together, the benefits of stretching, and some background information about yoga and its benefits. I am a qualified yoga teacher and feel that this would be a useful guide for someone who has never done it before. The free diagrams are helpful, but having an audiobook describing the poses means that you look inwards and concentrate on what's going on in your body and your physical sensations, rather than what you look like externally.

This my first time listening to this kind of book.
I am so glad that I did.
I am not a gym person and this book , was and is a great way of learning and doing yoga exercises.
I also had the PDF version, to go with the audiobook.
