Such a great book!

I've been searching for excellent pastimes that seniors over 60 may engage in that would help both their mind and body, and I think I've found one! This would surely be appreciated by our older residents.

Amazing book!

This is an excellent guide for older adults like me who want to stay active and flexible. Great Book!

Love it! This would be a better exercise for my parents, I want them to stay healthy so it is a very helpful way to stretch their bones and joints and stay active especially now that they are old. A very great book to use for a guide.

Highly informative and easy to follow!

my grandparents absolutely loved this book! it contains different yoga positions that she can do easily anytime of the day. definitely a must-have if you have seniors living at your home for better engagement in physicial activities.

Endearing!

Oh how I loved listening and following this audiobook. The exercises provided in the book are easy to follow and the narration is great as well. I didn't have a hard time doing the exercises and they helped me improve my motions lately.

Incredibly Helpful

The author takes the time to explain the benefits of each pose, both physically and mentally, and encourages readers to listen to their bodies and modify the poses as needed. The chapters include breathing techniques, chair yoga sequences, and ways to incorporate mindfulness and meditation into your practice.
