Excellent resource

This book helps to take stock of mistakes you made or things you mgith have overlooked. I think this is very valuable so we don't simply blame the other person. It's necessary to learn, grow and not to repeat harmful patterns. The author provides not only a step by step guide, but compassion. Some of the scenarios presented are so relatable that it's comforting to know you're not the only person trying to bounce back and start fresh!

Warning!

I have never been in a toxic relationship emotionally but boy did this book give a great description of one and warning signs that I want to share with all my single friends. I have however had toxic relationships at work and there are great pitfalls to avoid in here that I often fall for in work relationships so it was a great reminder!
