This book helps to take stock of mistakes you made or things you mgith have overlooked. I think this is very valuable so we don't simply blame the other person. It's necessary to learn, grow and not to repeat harmful patterns. The author provides not only a step by step guide, but compassion. Useful Building Blocks

It is never easy to come out of a toxic relationship. The key takeaway from the audiobook was that you can leave a negative situation, learn from it, and use it as a building block to create a more positive future.
