Brining Mobility Back

This comprehensive guide to wall Pilates for seniors is fantastic for low-impact strength building, suitable for any age. I got this book for my mom, who's in her 60s and has had hip and knee replacements. She wants to be more active and already walks a lot, but she needed to build more core and upper body strength. Easy on the joints

I love that this book focuses on low-impact exercises that are easy on my joints. The instructions are clear and the book isn't overwhelming either. There are short workouts that fit into my day, and a four-week plan that gradually increases difficulty. And I like that there are modifications so I can make the exercises easier or harder depending on how I'm feeling.
