Put yourself first

I have witnessed friends set up businesses and try to balance it with getting married and having children. It is a difficult path to follow and there is a great deal of pressure attached. There was a standout chapter discussing the concept of the scarcity mindset. The audiobook goes into depth looking at smart ways to stop yourself from reaching the final stages of burnout by putting boundaries in place to protect your mental and physical health.
