The science of sleep

We all need to sleep and it's so refreshing to wake up feeling ready for the new day. However, with all the stresses of the modern lifestyle, a good night's sleep sometimes proves to be a faraway dream. I liked that there was a chapter focused on the science behind why we sleep and the cycles of sleep. It was interesting to understand what happens to our body and brain with and without enough shut-eye. It was also useful to learn to basics of proper sleep hygiene. This is certainly an informative audiobook if you are finding it difficult to sleep.
