Fascinating!!

Control you mind
I just finished listening to "8 Silva Mind Control Hacks to Manifest Your Ideal Life." This book teaches that controlling your thoughts will control your reality. It is very easy to read and understand. I was most impressed with the section on the sleep guide, which shared that getting a good night's sleep makes you more productive and is good for your well-being. I have known we need sleep, but I would not have thought to this extent. The book covers financial abundance, self-help, and wellness, balancing your inner peace, and improving knowledge and retention. It's excellent how the tips for staying calm, visualizing, and staying positive can help you overcome challenges and achieve your goals. I love this book and will share it with my family. I think positive thinking is so powerful. I highly recommend this book.

Non-scary "mind-control" hacks
The title of this book might sound a little scary to some, but it's the opposite. Practical exercises that allow you to use your thoughts to create your reality. For me, the most useful section was the Sleep Guide.
All sections are well-explained and practical.
Based around the concepts of mindfulness and visualisation, this is a great audiobook, highly recommended.

Loved this book! Even if you are unfamiliar with the Silva method, audiobook explains it in an easy-to-understand manner. Every chapter provides skills that are not just academic but also practical, ranging from boosting your learning potential to improving your sleep and thinking.

I have heard about the Silva Mind Control but never really studied it. So when I come across this workbook I am very interested. I am glad that this audiobook explains all the basics about this method. There is actually a way to tap into the power of the mind to be successful in life.
