Perfect for a consistent approach to fat loss
Brilliant tips and advice concerning plant based foods. I’m very much a breakfast person so enjoyed that chapter in particularly! Shane gives specific advice on the glycemic index and advises on how long particular foods can be kept in the fridge, etc.
Very much my type of nutritional book as I do want sustainable lifestyle choices, rather than fad diets. Perfect book for consistent weight loss!

Amazing!
Since August last year, I have been considering a plant-based diet and finally decided to change my diet plan for 2022.
This audiobook is excellent, and I loved the recipes.

Sustainability Matters!
Animal agriculture is one of the top contributors to greenhouse gas emissions, deforestation, and other envirionmental problems and I decided its time for me to change my diet. I am all about green living and doing what it takes to do my part to "save the environment" and I've slowly been weaning myself off meat and other animal based products. This was the perfect book to guide me to take the next step to eat sustainably while reaching my health goals of being fit and trim. This books has all the hows, whys, tips and tricks that I need to stay on track in addition to some yummy recipes that I was able to conveniently download in PDF format- which I love, because it saves on paper and thus saves the environment. Highly recommend!

Incredibly informative ! Simple and doable tips
This is a wonderful source of information as a healthy diet and a good eating habit for you to have and continue with simple tips and recipes!
Of course also if you like to lose weight it sounds all promising!
I love the simple explanation such as - having your dinners at around the sunset time ! Beautifully written and narrator did a great job!

Excellent book!
Plant based diets may seem like they are part of a fad but if you consider that human and animals have followed this diet for centuries and have been successful with it, you will understand how effective it can be when trying to lose weight. This audiobook has some great tips to keep the weight off once you lose it which is hard for most of us. Great audiobook for everyone!

Helpful for weight loss
I am so lucky that I found this book. It breaks down all the detail of successful plant-based eating with simple tips and recipes.
I have been trying to switch to a vegetarian lifestyle because it helps to cure many diseases and maintain a healthy body. This book was really convenient. I appreciate the author for writing this book as I am a bit foodie, so when I tried eating according to her. I enjoyed it. It is perfect for consistent weight loss. I highly recommend this book.

A clear Guide!
The audiobook provides information on plant foods that I can incorporate into my meals as plant food doesn't have the sugar, toxins that are found in animal fat, and sugar. With the help of this audiobook and the simple diet it provides, I can now keep having plant food that my body needs to help me lose weight and be fit. The guide is easy to understand and follow.

Definitely life-changer!
As I and my partner are trying to change for vegetarian lifestyle this book was really handy. On the other hand, we are trying to lose weight and change a bit our bad eating habits.
