Informative and helpful.

I think that the primary thing that the book achieves is it gets you to focus on improvement in this area of life, and practice it. This guide is just too short however terribly informative and helpful.

Keto goldmine!

I was listening to this book and yes, it's a great book. You get to hear all the basics, but the author touches on topics you wouldn't think would be related directly to ketogenic dieting, but they are. Everything in here is there to help you with your health. So yes, 5 stars!!!
