Dieting has always been received with much hesitation because of the misconception that it involves depriving oneself of the good stuff. This book proves that’s a lie. It reiterates what foods are bad, but gives equally good recommendations to replace these. So it's not just saying you can't eat certain things. It's about eating more of the right ones.
