Supper book...
Such a large number of good plans, a great deal of data on basic sustenance and cooking. I would suggest for anyone, who needs to add more vegetable dishes to their diet. I purchased 1 duplicate for my home and another for my in-laws. Great plans however not all fixings considered alkaline. So straightforward and an incredible method to begin your adventure to smart dieting.

This audiobook is an interesting enlistee and presents an interesting theory. Well worth listening for anyone who wants to be as healthy as possible. For this price, give it a try, if you only get a couple good things out of it it's worth it.

Simple yet delicious
I love this cookbook! I wanted simple healthy meals for my husband and me, and each recipe I tried was easy to make and delicious. The short ingredient lists make shopping so much easier and quicker. The only con I have towards this cookbook is its lack of pictures. I would love to see what each dish looks like before I make it.

The great audiobook overall!
This combination is something I will be happy to begin integrating with my workdays where food becomes a regimented routine. This audiobook is interesting to listen to. I think everyone should try it for themselves. It is a different way to think about food, eating, and how often we consume food.

Excellent and easy recipes!
I never write a review, that’s pretty awful on my part because I read them before I purchase anything. This cookbook is a life changer for me. I’m trying to eat healthier and these recipes are great and so easy. Don’t hesitate!! I can’t wait to cook for my vegan daughter when she comes home from school. My husband also has a gluten allergy and some of these recipes have changed the game from cooking the same old stuff!

I really like this cookbook
I really like this cookbook! It has so many different recipes and all it takes is some bravery to try them. It is simple with having 5 ingredients or else (aside from seasonings). The only thing I don't like is how the cover of the paperback loses shape from just sitting around. The recipes are easy enough to follow.
