Sara Linton, medical examiner in the small town of Heartsdale, is called out to an apparent suicide on the local college campus. As always slaughter does it again weaving the story to keep you rapt until the very end then leaving just enough to encourage your next read. The characters come alive and become actors in your mind as the story unfolds on a stage of your making. One of the best I kept my kindle constantly with me until the end. If you like her writing then it s not to be missed

Really enjoying reliving these books now on audible. Still as good as I remember from reading them and this story starts of in a horrifying way and just keeps going right to the end. And thankfully the new narrator is so much better to listen to as well.
