5 Star but beware!

This lady is absolutely one of the best. However this is for 'sleep' and it's only possible to listen to Chapter 1 and NOT Chapter 2. Why? Because at the end of Chapter 2 that irritating high voice that sounds like a 'muppet' comes on loudly and says 'Audible hopes you have enjoyed this book' and startles you back awake. It's still worth getting for Chapter 1 but what a shame eh? What a shame. If you put a timer on for just Chapter 1 you'll be ok. This is a common problem on Audible but one can put up with it when not trying to nod off. Some authors have a separate chapter entitled 'End Credits' and that avoids the problem but you never know whether that will be the case before purchase.

Soothing and helpful

Excellent Bella Ruth is a known expert in guided imagery , the combination of gentle words and visual imagery is accompanied by soft music . Try it for relaxation and sleeplessness
