With the threat of war looming over the Continent now that Napoleon has reseized the throne of France, London is abuzz with intrigue as diplomats from the European powers gather to negotiate a military alliance against him. Absolutely brilliant series!

Whilst sick and bed bound, I came across these books. They're so enjoyable, really great characters and such an interesting time in history to place them in. If you enjoy period mysteries, strong female characters and historically interesting times in which to step through, you'll enjoy these books 100%.

So enjoyable, I binged books 1-5.....
