Summary
There’s no place like home… until you stumble over a body in your yarn shop.
After spending twelve years in New York City, fiber influencer Sadie Sexton didn’t expect to find herself living back in her hometown of Hoochville, Tennessee. But when her grandmother bequeaths her beloved yarn shop to Sadie and her sister Charmayne with the stipulation that they must run it together for a year, Sadie and her dog Peaches find themselves back in the small Appalachian town.
Despite the somewhat contentious relationship with her older sister, Sadie is enjoying spending time with her childhood besties and Clementine Parker, her Grandma Mae’s best friend and the woman she thinks of as her second grandmother. But the enjoyment is cut short when she finds a body in the yarn shop and the prime suspect is none other than Clem herself.
Now Sadie is on a mission to clear Clem’s name. With her besties committed to helping in any way they can, she’ll stop at nothing to make sure Clem stays out of the slammer, even if it means cozying up to the town sheriff. Who just happens to be the same boy who broke her heart over a decade ago.

What a strong story
This is my first listen from Ramey James. Loved it. It will grab your ears and you’ll listen till the end . The author wrote a story that had great word building. The characters were engaging.
Sadie Sexton didn’t know once she went back home she would have an adventure on her hands . There is lots going on her grandmother burial , sharing a store with her sister . But the main thing is she doesn’t believe her grandmother best friend Clementine murdered a lady . Clementine Is charged with the murder, but the murdered lady husband is acting very suspicious.
Who actually murdered her . Grab it and you’ll love the story. I sure did
This is actually my first listen by Tiffany Morgan. She did all the scenes and Characters great

Entertaining!
A cozy murder mystery set in a small town. The main female character is smart, patient, observant, and dedicated friend out to prove her friend’s innocence. Some unexpected twists and a fledgling triangle romance make for an interesting and entertaining story. The whole cake scene had me chuckling! Shenanigans of long time friends are entertaining! The narrator did a good job bringing the story to life! I received a free copy of the audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

Cozy mystery fun!
I'm a big fan of cozy mysteries, especially when the amateur detective is a smart and savvy woman. Sadie fits the bill! I love the twist Grandma left behind and look forward to seeing how Sadie's experiences and adventures continue.
The narration was excellent.
