This is a fun paranormal mystery where the dead causes more trouble than help in trying to find out who killed her. Plus putting her daughter in law endanger due to her will. Very funny listening to the Johanna Parker reading this book.

I liked the entire book I don't really do audiobooks but I saw this book and just thought you know what let's give it a go best thing I ever did.

I enjoy Jana DeLeon's books but do not enjoy the Audible versions so much because the performance is not how I picture the characters. More my fault than the performers!

A really good idea for a paranormal series. Waking up dead can be massively rewarding, although, not such fun for the living.

Maryse thinks her problems have gone away with the death of her mother in law but death doesn’t slow Helena down. Maryse now has to put up with the rude pushy ghost of her mother in law that only she seems to be able to see. So funny I laughed several times and Johanna Parker made the characters come to life.

I enjoyed the story and the characters. There are some funny moments. I would definitely recommend this. The book is a light listen and lots of fun. Mystery with romance. I already plan on getting the 2nd book with my next credit.
