Nothing will disappoint your read , a wonderful put together book that captures your imagination and excitement through the Italian countryside and villages and£ of people that you can relate to and wish by the end of the book that you could have experienced some of what these courageous people decided to do with their lives

Another brilliant book by Kate Frost. Loved this from start to finish. If you need a great escape from daily life this is for you. Wonderful plot, fantastic descriptions, you could close your eyes and be there. I love the narrator on this, great at different accents and voices for the various characters. I'm still not sure if I love or hate Stella though!?

Hhmm. This is ok if you want to just numb your mind and relax. But not if you are looking for a more interesting and engaging read.
I also found it a bit shallow. One of the characters wins a huge amount at the lottery and does not try to think about charitable avenues for one split of a second. One can do much more with millions than just buy villas and lounge on yachts. If they bothered to invest in at least…I don’t know, a school or a water well or something for the huge number of people who struggle and even starve in the world…that would have made the characters a bit more likeable.
