Very useful information.
Loved it. Some things are already known by now in 2020. The tone gets a bit monotonous at times, so have a break and continue. I finished it in 3 days.

Poor
I was not very impressed with this book at all. For the most part I think the format of this book didn't really work well as an audio book. In fact, I am of the opinion that this book is nothing more than a collection of blog posts, which were then collated together into a book format, then attempted to transpose it to audio format, which just didn't work.
There is just constant references to read a blog.video of some other reference material. Which kind gets annoying when you're listening to the book while out jogging, walking or anything.
I won't bother listenting to this book again.
