Where is the Story?

I purchased this book as the 'summery' seemed really good. However good luck in finding the Story Line! The narrator is Dreadful! He sounds like he has a thick cold! Trying to understand one word was a challenge, let alone a whole book!
I can't honestly review the content as due to the Narrator I couldn't hear it! Oh and consequently I didn't even finish the first chapter.
