short sinister stories
I really liked the variety of style and enjoyed the narrators? I didn't find anything to dislike

High quality readers.
Some of Agatha Christie’s finest stories. Chilling but not disconcerting reads. Highly recommended escapism. Loved it.

Magnificent!
Agatha Christie, a master of the short story! Each is perfect bedtime listening. One, set in Africa, is a gem

Great collection of short stories
A great collection of short stories from the mistress of mystery. Loved the Hercule Poirot ones the best, especially the one of him on vacation.

Highly enjoyable (if you ignore the first story)
This review needs to be split into two: the first story Murder in the Mews, and then all the others.
Murder in the Mews is an interesting story rendered almost unbearable to listen to by the absolutely unhinged and ever changing accent that the narrator has for Poirot.
The rest of the book is narrated by others and was incredibly enjoyable and entertaining. Definitely has a cosy crime Autumn vibe with just a touch of spookiness. Highly recommend!

A bit disappointing
The stories were okayish, not very engaging. But the title of Autumn Chills is highly deceptive, there was no feeling of autumn in any of these, apart from an occasional mention of the date. Most of them could have been set at any time of the year.

Abridged boredom
These stories are trimmed so much I’m surprised they left the title whole. As for the narrators, they seem as bored reading it as I was listening. Couldn’t finish it. I’ll wait until I have a severe bout of insomnia to do so.
