Worth a listen

Constructive, common sense, yet is helping me.
Constructive, common sense, yet is helping me think more carefully before I make poor choices, I'm thinking about why I want to eat something, and how much of it will really satisfy me. I'm the kind of person that needs to understand and contemplate why and how I am going to change before I commit. This is a slow process that is helping me feel good about my lifestyle choices.

Highly recommend.
This is not just another a dieting audiobook. It does not have recipes. It does not tell you to eliminate this or that from your diet — none of that crap. None of the usual 'you need to motivate yourself' hype.
This book can change your life. I know - I've been dieting all my life and got nowhere, but can see how the strategies described in this audiobook can change it forever. If we want to lose weight, he argues, our goal should not be losing weight but changing our behavior. And this is achievable through changing our habits because consistency is the key to lasting behavioral change.
Excellent listening, real strategy, easy changes for anyone to make with lasting results, reliable, evidence-based references, lost 10 pounds in 2 months with nearly no effort, the spouse is losing weight and didn't know it due to the environmental changes in our home, highly recommend.

Thanks for the strategies.
This book helped me examine my triggers. I never had any issue starting lifestyle changes, but one big slip up and all my work was down the drain. Thanks for the strategies. I am happy with this audiobook. I wish it was a little longer.

This is an excellent, easy to read and follow book
This audiobook is worth more than the last 10 "diet" books I've purchased. It completely changed the way that I view my eating impulses and how to deal with them. The strategies will work, and I will be treating myself and my hungry brain with more kindness.

Wow! Great.
The only audiobook that has ever altered u thinking and behavior so that I am losing weight. Great use of cognitive-behavioral therapy to do weight loss. It has made a big difference for me. I feel more in control and with better tools to keep this up.

I enjoyed the explanations.
I think most women have struggled with weight issues at one time or another and wondered why. Why isn't Diet working for me? Why did I gain this weight in the first place? Often we end up feeling like failures and returning to our previous habits.
This book delves deep into the scientific connection between our weight and our brain. It explains clearly and concisely just what is going on when we engage in unacceptable eating behavior. Primarily, it provides the answers women have been looking for for ages with real, scientific evidence to back them up.
I found this book to be quite enlightening. I enjoyed the explanations and how the book shed light on behaviors that I hadn't considered before.
I highly, highly recommend this intelligent, well-written and narrated book. It will provide you with all sorts of new information that you can put into effect immediately.
