Great inspirational book. Now, how to practice?

I really enjoy Shawn Achor's story telling style. His book the Happiness Advantage is one I revisit. This book talks about taking your own happy advantage (small potential) and maximising it through your family, friends, work colleagues and communities (big potential). I dropped the star because at the end of the book, rather than the book method ratifying sermon, I would of preferred an actionable summary to all Shawn's hard work on research. Maybe next edition?

Great principles.

Loved the book. And super comfortable to listen to. The ideas are great but it could be shorter and still carry the message.

Good, but no Happiness Advantage.

I'm a big fan of Shawn Achor, but this was disappointing when compared to his first book. Lots of references back to The Happiness Adv book for reference of research. It was enjoyable in that it added to advice given and research testimonies from earlier, but quite anecdotle.
