Relatively good content, but the narration is grating.

Insightful with some useful lessons I found the narration grating. Did not make for easy listening.

Lots to think about, and less worried, a little. Easy to listen to. Language wasn't too difficult to absorb.

Good guide

I liked the book as the information in it was nothing new but a reminder on how you can get through and recover from BED. Having all the information in one place is good and the tools provided really helpful. Very sensible, concise information and set out in a way to easily understand. I’d recommend this as a good starting point for anyone with BED. I’m listening on audible and the reason it’s not 5 stars is because, yet again, a good book has been let down by a poor reading. The lady reading sounded a bit robotic, too high pitched and fast. I tried to,speed up and slow down but it made no difference. I don’t know if the authors get a say in who reads the books but it’s so important to get it right.
