About this listen

Maia Delacroix is a hunter of people and magical artifacts. She enjoys her life as a mage and bounty hunter. Her life is full of excitement and danger, with very little responsibility.

The Mageri shocks her with a new ward. As a recently orphaned teen, Elaina’s witch mother kept her somewhat isolated from the magical community, but now, Maia is to entrench her into the magical lifestyle.

But Elaina has secrets, and it soon becomes clear that Elaina is no mere witch. The coven wants her back. They engage necromancers to turn Maia’s vampire friends into enemies. If that isn’t bad enough, demons start coming out of the woodwork.

If Maia can turn her hunting skills into defense, they might be okay. That is, if only Elaina can trust her.

Fantastic!

Just added Kim Mullican to my follow list for the paranormal/urban fantasy genre. Her worldbuilding is spot-on; she is creative and imaginative, blending all the essential elements and presenting them in a gripping package. Blood and Fire is a fantastic start to the Alpha and Omega series; it's brilliantly written with intriguing and appealing characters. The storyline was downright entertaining and enjoyable; I was hooked right from the start. As for the narration, Stacy Dugan was outstanding. She captured and portrayed the characters flawlessly, bringing them to life. Overall, Blood and Fire was a fantastic listen, one I'll recommend.

What a journey. 100% recommend.

I was given a free copy of this book and I'm leaving an honest and voluntary review.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book, its very imaginative, very well written and perfectly balanced. the characters are brilliant, they are all aptly suited and bring their own unique personality. The story is captivating and has a vast amount of detail and depth.
I was very quickly drawn, its one of those books where I didn't want it to end, if not for my need to sleep, I'd of finished this book in one go.
The narration is flawless, Stacy delivers a masterful preference and captured the essence of the characters and story.
A definite must have 100% recommend.

Graet narration and storyline

This is a new author to me, and I don't regret giving this book a chance. I really enjoyed the whole story, the magical creatures, Atlantis, and the characters of the story.
Maia is a really great, I love how she speaks her mind and is a strong female. I enjoyed how her relationship with Elena developed throughout the book. The secondary characters are a good addition to the story and make it more interesting and magical.

As for the narration, Stacy Dugan is also a new narrator to me, but she did such a fantastic job with her performance. She has a great voice that makes it easy to listen, her male voices are really good, and she has different voices for the different characters which is always the best in a narrator.

new to the author brilliant

I'm in love with this storyline. Twitchy to see what unfolds next. Will something romantic develop with Liam? Will her ward discover her paternity? I'm itching with curiosity! What's next for this unconventional family? Hoping volume 2 doesn't have too long of a wait time! Keep it coming, I need to know what happens next!
