Excellent awareness, great approach to the matter!
This book for sure clarifies so much this first glance for the understanding of BPD operates, neurological and emotional-wise. It's curious how our perspective can improve after understanding the reason behind some people's behavior. There is much more ''behind the curtains" of our minds than we think. Excellent work!

A lifesaver for many
I am so pleased to have acquired this book. It covers an area that is not well understood despite being so prevalent in society. People are struggling through no fault of theirs and this book is a beautiful place to start whether you are a sufferer of the condition or merely desire to understand the phenomenon.
Apart from disseminating key information, the audiobook is deeply inspiring and motivational. The narration is beautifully executed, a definite plus to this very impactful material. The book just keeps on giving. I find Chapter 6 - Dialectical Behaviour Therapy - particularly interesting, which helps individuals develop coping skills and strategies to regulate their emotions.

Nice listening
This audiobook has detailed awareness about BPD, the statistics of who all suffers from it within different populations, how to control it, and ways to enjoy life with the disorder. I was planning on seeing a therapist this week to see if I have Asperger’s. This book will help me to help her understand my situations more because I may suffer from this as well. I’m grateful for listening to this audiobook.

Great resource!
The audiobook was very informative and provided helpful insights to those living with BPD. The author shared her journey and understanding of the disorder. She discussed in this guide what BPD looks and feels like, and how it affects you both on the inside and out. She also discussed the various treatments and therapies available, from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to medication and alternative therapies. The author made sure to provide helpful self help tips and advice, including the use of supplements and exercise, mindfulness, and journaling. I really appreciated her focus on the need for self-love and making sure the person diagnosed with BPD understands that they are capable of loving others and being loved in return. Overall, I would definitely recommend this audiobook to anyone diagnosed with BPD, as it provides an insight to the disorder and provides valuable tips to overcome the challenges of living with the disorder.

Healing and Insightful
The author takes an empathetic approach to laying out, and defining Complex BPD, so that the reader, whether a relative or first-hand experiencer, can learn to live compassionately with the disorder. The focus of the audiobook is acceptance of the condition, which is a vital perspective on a subject so rife with criticism, and clinical diagnostic thinking. Beautiful.

I now understand people with BPD
I found the exact description of the behavior of a family member. I grasp the reason for his dysfunctional actions and the source of his distress. This leads me to have a different attitude towards him. This person suffers from this mental disorder, which unconsciously affects his relationships with others. What is considered socially erratic behavior may be a sign that a person has borderline personality disorder.
Listening to this audiobook, we discover the different types of mental disorders, what characterizes them and that it is also possible to be affected by several types at the same time. But, it is the explanations, of what they live inside and their distress that touched and enlightened me the most. It illustrates symptoms and behaviors with clear examples.
To put an end to the judgments, mean comments and stigmatization of people with BPD, I recommend this book to anyone who loves it, knows one or wants to understand what this mental disorder causes.
