Liberate Yourself from Worrying!
I loved learning about thoughts, their types, examples of common intrusive thoughts, and best practices to let them go. Elise Mills helps listeners reflect on their own and their partner's behavior in their relationship. They give you plenty of stories to illustrate characteristics of ROCD to help you identify any similarities you notice in yourself or your partner. I learned about so many ways to prioritize yourself and practice mindfulness when our thoughts are overwhelming. You will be prepared for potential lapses and relapses, which is a huge bonus of this audiobook!

Great Topic and a great Audible!
As I was listening to this audible, I couldn't help but think how this topic is so needed in our time. Some of the topics brought up are thoughts that have been in any of our heads but we are always too scared to address them. Bringing these thoughts out in the open is important, but it feels scary! This audible addresses those thoughts and insecurities that people have in their relationships and helps them to work through them and move past them. I think this audible is awesome and would be a great discussion for a mom with teens who are just starting their relationship journey. I highly recommend this audible if you want tools to move past those thoughts in your head that aren't serving you, and moving to a healthy space in your own life and therefore, your relationship!

Relationship OCD!
ROCD is something I did not know existed, but now that I've stumbled upon this book, it was an eye-opener of how much I relate to it. I've learned so many tips from this book. My favorite is learning about intrusive thoughts. Don't allow your thoughts to control you, you need to control your thoughts. This book helps you to do that. There's so much valuable information in this book that is good to know. The author of this book really did a great job, and the narrator was great as well.

Great information and tools
If you find yourself in a 'difficult' relationship (or a string of them!), you might find the reason why in this book - and even better, a way to change it. As I listened, I recognised a few friends' relationships in the example relationships described in the book. I wish I had know this information for them, but at least now I can recommend this book to others who I see are in an ROCD situation. There are several CBT techniques suggested for how to break the ROCD cycle that anyone can do anywhere they are (I can attest to how effective several of the techniques are!) This is a good book for anyone struggling in their relationship who wants to make it better.

Gave me peace of mind!
I gained a lot of value from listening to this audiobook as it has given me peace of mind and eased my anxieties and worries about my relationship. It is clear from the content that Elise is an expert in the field of relationship OCD, as she has provided solid research and real-life case studies that back up the lessons she teaches.
Before listening to this book, I had heard of the term CBT but never really understood what it was or how it could be used to help with conditions such as OCD and anxiety. I now have a much better understanding of the method and am able to apply the techniques to my own life to aid in my struggles within my relationship. I find I am able to control my thoughts and manage my emotions at a much better level, and I have noticed a dramatic decrease in obsessive thoughts. An added bonus in the book is the Q&A session, which I found very helpful and answered many questions that I had.
There is no doubt that this book has and will continue to improve the quality of my life and has done a great deal of good for my relationship going forward. Highly recommended!

Helpful advice for OCD
Being in a relationship not only gives joy and happiness. There are so many other side-effect such as relationship OCD. I have even experience such feeling in a relationship and it was really hard, and yet didn't know the root of it. This audiobook gives you why you have that mental disorder in a relationship and gives you practical and helpful advice in clam tone. I wish I met this book earlier and would've been in a much more secured and yet independent relationship.

The OCD Caused by Relationships.
While listening to this audiobook, it really gave me a new perspective and understanding of R-OCD and the anxieties and worries people struggle with when it comes to a relationship that I wouldn't have known existed. It also addresses problems that not many are willing to open up about or discuss by giving real examples that I'm sure lots of people can relate to. Not only does this book let us know that we're not alone and other people face these problems, but it also shows us ways to get help and strategies to prevent the anxiety, confusion, doubt and negative attitude that can be resulted by an un-fit relationship and to move past the negative thoughts by using CBT. Chapter 1 gave me a great understanding of all the different ways these feelings could be caused and gave lots of examples on ways to improve your mindset. It details how you think about yourself and your relationships and gave a great understanding of the book in general.

Eye-opening
People with ROCD may worry that they are not in love with their partner, that their partner is not in love with them, or that their relationship is doomed. This book explains what the condition is, how it manifests, and what can be done to treat it. I loved how compassionate the tone of the book is. You'll be able to develop realistic and more useful ways to think about your relationship.
