Summary

"Hi Monty. Wanna see my python?"

That's how I ended up in the bathroom of some dive bar with a stranger.

Me, Monty Andrews, the quintessential virgin girl next door.

I was so out of my element, but there was no denying our explosive attraction, even via text.

Commence Operation Bang Each Other Out of Our Systems, because that was all it was - unfinished business.

I had no intention of falling back into the sheets with the tattooed, muscly, dirty-in-the-best-kind-of-way single dad over and over again... but I did.

Everything was going great - until we discovered I was his son's teacher.

Contains mature themes.

Awful male narration

The story was okay for this genre.
But I did not like the male voice. When he narrates women they sound like children or even like a caricature.
Emma Wilder though is really good.

couldn't finish

I could not get into this book at all. Didn't finish. Found the female character really annoying. way too naive to be believable. I don't think the narration helped. Had to skip the sex scene because the narrator just made it sound so flat and boring and a little cringe worthy at times.
shame the story could have been promising. maybe it's better to read than listen!

Why? Just why? The male narrator is shocking

I’ve been really enjoying this series, like really really… until now. I couldn’t finish I couldn’t even get past two chapters and I really tried. Who on earth would think this male narrator was a good fit? Why change it? Total turn off, if you’re going to use a new voice at least have one that makes women swoon not want to cut their ears off. I’m sure he’s great in other genres but this one ? Sorry Rudy it’s just not for me

Male narrator ruined it for me

I really liked the previous two books, but this one was terrible to get through, mostly because of the male narrator.
He made the best friend sound like a geriatric character and the female characters were made to sound like a bad version of Mickey Mouse.
If he narrated the next book too, I’ll just skip it.

The female narrator did a great job! Just glad she had more narration time.
