Easy to follow instructions backed in research

Breaks down research and explains how to allow steps to develop yourself. Clear and concise. Repeats at times but it’s clear why this happens.

easy listening but extremely high impact

pretty enjoying getting back into personal development books again and a great reminder that if I can achieve mastering control over how I operate my days then the routines I build will need to ultimate success great book really recommend it

Every Average Person Should Read This Book...

...and implement the steps within.

Half way through listening for the second time, I started my rich morning habits and I can feel a better me breaking through. My confidence has increased 3-fold regarding how I feel about myself physical and level of intelligence. I have recommended teenage daughters to listen to this book as well...

Life changing book

Great book about how to develop good habits, full of great tips and eye opening moments. Just the narration can sound a little robotic at times but that didn't stop me from enjoying the book. Would definitely recommend!
