Loaded with Helpful Experience
The audible " Christian Mental Health & Sanctification Collection" I found to be loaded with lots of useful experiences shared which we could all learn from. As Christians, we sometimes think we are invincible but we all go through lots of emotional trauma and the like and this can make us doubt the existence of God. This book shed light on how to handle this situation. More importantly, lots of references were made to bible passages to drive home many of the points made in the book. The author shares that praying should be how first point of call in dealing with mental health. Overall a very resourceful book to have as a Christian whether for yourself or to help others.

A truly inspiring guide for Christians!
Listening to this audiobook was a wonderful experience for me. So many people struggle with mental health issues, many of which are Christians. What this book does so well is to connect the two issues and help us learn that mental healing is possible through the power of faith. The chapters of Accept your position and your promotion and Mental illness:Psychology & Christianity were the two that really spoke to me. It's very well written and narrated. Any Christian will find nothing but joy and inner peace from it.

Honest Book
I like the way this book start with an honest introduction from the author which seems genuine and not like some of the other nonsense you find in many self help books on this platform. A great start but let's move on into the bones of the book. I think my favorite chapter is six since it goes into the intertwining of psychology and Christianity. In the same chapter we touch on the use of drugs and alcohol and of course the impending drunkenness will come. Having had an unhealthy relationship with alcohol at one point in my life this chapter was very thought provoking and made me think of my previous life, Chapter 9 named "The S Word" this made me so intrigued and I could not wait to listen. I won't ruin it for you but you should get a lot from this chapter. Well narrated with a very think USA accent

Encouraging, Effective, Backed Up With Scripture!
In this beautifully narrated audiobook, the narrator feeds us mental health healing from a Christian perspective and I really appreciated the Scriptural references! This was personally eye opening for me because I dealt very recently with a toxic ex who was a narcissistic abuser. Gaslighting, hot/cold behaviors, extreme self centered-ness. She had all the red flags. The secular science helped me understand her condition and how to respond, but this audiobook gave me a new set of tools to deal with it in a Godly, spiritual way and that is incredibly valuable - Highly Recommend!

Informative and helpful!
This book offers a unique perspective on mental health and its relationship with Christianity. Rather than simply promoting acceptance of mental illness, the author delves deeper into the issue, exploring when acceptance may actually enable destructive behaviour and how to make godly mindset adjustments when dealing with difficult people.
With biblical backing, the author provides advice and perspective, looking to improve mental and spiritual health.
The book also includes the author's personal testimony of spiritual detox, making it an approachable and relatable read. Overall, this book provides a thought-provoking and compassionate take on mental health and faith.
