Good

As an executive coach, I appreciated this book's practicality, examples, and definitions so much. It's a great book for self-care, understanding why we think the way we do, and having simple, practical things to practice over time to make improvements. I like the summaries at the ends of each chapter too. It's nice to have a quick list to refer to for all the important nuggets. I enjoyed this book!

incredible

I approached this book with the view of updating my understanding of CBT, having had some exposure to it in the past. I was more than pleasantly surprised by what is presented.

Nice!

The Cognitive Behavioral Therapy text provided an overview for shifting a negative mindset. As a starting point, the book included modalities for improving insomnia, regret, guilt, jealousy, and coping with criticism.

Easy to understand

The book is well written, easy to read. She not only explains the heavy, and techniques but gives exercises to assist people. I highly recommend the book even if you do not have depression, anxiety OCD. The techniques can assist anyone to a better life.

easy to understand

It's comprehensive about Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and it's easy to read and understand. A lot of my keynotes are simple, easy to understand or recognize, and easy forgotten.
