utter rubbish - don't bother.

What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?

More actual information / advice.

What could Marta Tuchowska have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

Make it live up to its title for one! Does not do any of that.

What didn’t you like about Wendell Wadsworth’s performance?

Having a man narrate a book written by (and presumably about) women is ridiculous IMO. Also he had an awful voice - robotic.

You didn’t love this book--but did it have any redeeming qualities?

None whatsoever

Again, I wish Audible could stipulate somewhere in the description if it is an American book because websites/shops mentioned etc are not applicable to UK readers.

Nothing new

I can't think of anything of real value that I took away from this. In fact I only finished listening to the book this morning and I'm struggling to pick anything out. It all depends on your starting point and where you are on your own personal journey and for me I needed practical, useful strategies.
